This course requires an advanced level of knowledge of the IPv6 Protocol and its operations. We strongly recommend that you attend our Advanced IPv6 Training Course before signing up for this course.

You should attend this training course if you are part of the staff of a Local Internet Registry (LIR) and if:

  • You have knowledge and experience with IPv6
  • Your organization has implemented IPv6 or is planning implementation
  • You are a security/network/systems administrator, information security officer, IT consultant, or security policy writer

BGP Security Training Course

Description

This course explains the vulnerabilities of the BGP protocol and discusses the counter-measures that should be deployed to prevent accidental and intentional BGP incidents. Several security measures such as Internet Routing Registries (IRRs), filtering and RPKI will be covered in detail and several activities will support the explanations to reinforce theory through practice.

Email Address Internationalization (EAI) Workshop

This two-hour interactive workshop will educate participants on how to configure their email systems to understand and process email IDs under new TLD domain names, in both ASCII and non-ASCII formats.
