Networking at MENOG 25

Networking with MENOG attendees has never been easier!

In the peering world, peering agreements are done through a handshake at a meeting or social event. MENOG introduces the following sessions and tools to help facilitate networking opportunities:

Peering Personals

Peering Personals are quick, one-minute slots at the end of each session designed to help you share your peering details on stage and start connecting.

You can cover details of your AS Numbers, where you peer, your peering policy and contact information, and you should explain why other participants should peer with you.

We encourage you to use our Peering Personals slide template to streamline your presentation:

All submitted slides will be available to view in the list of submitted talks when the agenda has been published.

Peering Bilateral Sessions

MENOG provides the opportunity to strengthen and build new peering relationships with over 100 attendees during the event. We have set aside two 90-minute sessions during the event to allow for more peering negotiations and agreements.

We will provide a networking app to contact other attendees and book bilateral meetings nearer the event.

The networking app will allow you to:

  • Share your profile with other networking app users
  • View other attendees who are using the app
  • Send direct messages to scheduled bilateral meetings
  • List slots during which you are available for meetings
  • View when others are free to meet
